Anna Crabtree, James Currie & Ivan Sheiham
Your Liberal Democrat candidates for Marlow and Marlow Bottom
Anna Crabtree
Anna is a chartered accountant and local parish councillor. She has previously been a school governor and board member of a local university.
Anna is passionate about ensuring councils listen to their residents. As a councillor, she has been fighting to highlight the proposed film studio's impact on local residents' lives. She has also helped save her council thousands of pounds by installing LED street lights.

James Currie
James was born and raised locally, moving back after his studies. He has a PhD in history.
He is worried about the opportunities for young people locally, both for employment and affordable housing. The cutback in children's SEND provision is particularly concerning to him. James believes we need a stronger voice for young residents on Bucks Council.

Ivan Sheiham
Ivan is a retired chemist who worked in research and development in the water and paper industries. He has called Marlow his home for most of his life.
With his experience of the water industry pre-privatisation, he feels betrayed by what has happened since. Ivan believes Thames Water must be held accountable, stop dumping sewage, and protect our beautiful rivers.

Our Priorities for Marlow and Marlow Bottom
These elections present a clear choice: moving forwards with the Liberal Democrats or 4 more years of failure from the Conservatives.
✅ Delivering Value for Money
With people worrying about the cost of living the Conservatives have put up taxes, yet the roads are still full of holes.
The Liberal Democrats would cut waste and get better value from your money.
✅ Better Health and Social Care
Many local residents still struggle to get NHS appointments when they need them.
Liberal Democrats would ensure investment in health and social care goes hand in hand with any new development.
✅ Standing up for our Green Spaces
The Conservative council’s failure to deliver a local plan has left our countryside open to a developer free-for-all.
Liberal Democrats would prioritise a new local plan ensuring communities have a say in protecting our green spaces.
